Schedule of Events & Artists

The Yockadot Poetics Theatre Festival takes place from 4/26 - 5/5 with events in Alexandria, VA, Arlington, VA; Fairfax, VA; and Baltimore, MD. The festival features staged readings, outdoor performances, poetry readings, and poetry performance projects.

Seminar with Yockadot Artists

The English department of George Mason University will host a seminar featuring Yockadot Festival artist Lee Ann Brown. Lee Ann will discuss her modern Noh Play "Sop Doll." The seminar will examine the structural correspondences between the play and traditional Japanese Noh theatre.
